“The place is within walking distance of all the tourist attractions and metro stations. The area is very pleasant, beautiful, and immersive in Parisian life. I really don't think I could have chosen a better place than this. It has everything you need: washer-dryer, sofa bed, bathroom, stove and a view of the tower from your window that's unparalleled! The hosts' service was exceptional. They were always attentive. As a Mexican, my first time in Paris was the best, having chosen this place. I would highly recommend it 🫶🏽”

Frequently asked questions about your stay.
We review every request personally. After you send your request, you can message us to discuss your stay. You’ll receive an email within 24 hours letting you know whether your request has been accepted or declined. A temporary hold is placed on your card when you submit your request, but you’ll only be charged if we accept it.
We’ll welcome you in person and hand over the keys at a time we agree on together. We’ll send you the building access codes and arrival instructions 24 hours before your arrival.
You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After that, your stay is non-refundable, including if you leave early. If the host cancels before your arrival, you’ll receive a full refund, regardless of when they cancel. The applicable terms are included in your booking confirmation.
The studio accommodates 1 to 2 adults, with a sofa bed as the main sleeping space. If you’re travelling with a child, please mention their age in your request so we can confirm whether the studio is suitable for your stay.
Yes, the building has an elevator. The studio is on the top floor.
The studio does not have private parking. Public car parks are available nearby, including around Avenue George V. You can also reach the studio by metro or taxi.
